Children with Special Needs Workshop For Educators

Is the child too SLOW? Slow in speech? Slow in responses? Slow in learning? Have you ever met these children? 

You wish to help them but have no idea how to get started? Let SI World helps you to get closer to these children and to understand more about their special needs. You will get a ½ day practical training in guiding these children to perform some tasks under the supervision of our experienced clinical instructor. Through the interactive activities, you will enhance your knowledge about these children as well as your skills to cope/interact with these children.
Workshop’s Goals and Outcomes
  • Being exposed to various types of children with special needs for a better understanding of these children (Dyslexia, Autism, Speech & Language Delay, AD/HD, Down Syndrome, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy and other developmental problems)
  • Get to learn the ways to communicate and to build relationship with these children
  • Sharing experiences with other participants
  • Obtaining a CERTIFICATE OF BASIC TRAINING (Participants who attend this workshop for 8 sessions will be awarded with a Certificate of Basic Training)
